At Artisan Shop USA, every item we carry is handcrafted with care by independent artisans. Because of the unique nature of our products, our return policy varies depending on the item type.

Food & Perishable Items
We are proud to offer small-batch, handcrafted food items such as honey, biscotti, tea, and other edible goods. For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or perishable items.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging so we can review your concern and make it right.

Non-Food Items
For non-food products (such as linens, pottery, or woodcrafts), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
